Today its a new year! new possibilities! oh well, I dont wanna sound like the president giving a speech or something but thats kinda how I feel now. Soon its been half of a year here in America and it can only get better from now on! :)

 

I woke up at Julia's place, quite cousey actually! But, it was not for long, I had to work at 13:00. It was ok though, we went out in the snow and then to Starbucks for some hot cocoa. Mmm, starbucks, a big thing I like about America.

 

I like alot of things, like how nice everyone is here. When you meet someone on the street - you smile at them and maybe even say hi, without thinking of how weird that would be if you did that on a street in Stockholm. Oh well, I also like that Americans as not as fat as I first thought before coming here. I know it sounds weird, but I thought that I would see fat ppl every where I went, but no. Theres much more moms and girls, even guys that goes around in workingout clothes and a protein shake in their hand. I dont know if thats how it is in just Chicago, or in just my living area, but anyway haha! 

 

In the evening I met my two dutch friends (From Holland) Rozanne and Nicole from Atlanta. That was so much fun! It felt like it was ages ago, but still, somehow, it felt like we talked face to face last week. We ate and talked at T.G.I.F, which I didnt know we had. Haha! And later I went home! So fun to meet you guys again! <3
